JobinTabuk Website Policies
These draft policies describe how the JobinTabuk website is intended to operate. Please review the highlighted business details and complete them before publishing.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Who we are and scope
“JobinTabuk”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. [INSERT FULL LEGAL NAME OF OWNER / REGISTERED ENTITY] operates the website at [INSERT WEBSITE DOMAIN]. Registered office: [INSERT FULL POSTAL ADDRESS]. This notice applies to information collected through this website and its recruitment, manpower, engineering and workforce-support features.
Before launch: Replace every square-bracket placeholder with accurate information, confirm the actual data flows and service providers, and have an Indian lawyer review this policy for your business model.
2. Personal information we may collect
Account and contact data: name, email address, phone number, account role and profile details you provide.
Recruitment data: CV/resume, qualifications, experience, skills, employment preferences, applications and communications with employers or our team.
Employer data: employer or company details, job descriptions, vacancies and application-review information.
Technical and security data: information that may be made available by the browser, hosting, authentication or security services, such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
Authentication data: account/session information handled by Supabase and, only if enabled, third-party sign-in providers such as Google or LinkedIn. We do not ask for or intend to store your third-party account password.
Please do not upload Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, bank account information, passwords, medical records or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through a lawful, secure process.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; operate candidate and employer dashboards; store CVs; submit and manage applications; let employers review applications for their own vacancies; communicate with users; respond to support or grievance requests; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; maintain records; improve and troubleshoot the website; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We will not use personal data for a materially different purpose without providing notice and obtaining consent where required by law.
4. Sharing and service providers
Candidate information and CVs may be made available to an employer for a vacancy to which the candidate applies, and to authorised personnel who administer the recruitment service. We may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, database, private file storage, security and communications, including Supabase and the providers actually enabled on this website. Those providers process information under their own terms and our configuration. We do not sell personal data for money. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business reorganisation.
Some service providers may process information on servers outside India. Before launch, identify the providers and locations actually used, review their contractual/privacy terms, and ensure any transfer complies with Indian law and applicable government restrictions.
5. CVs, visibility and user responsibilities
CVs should be accessible only to the candidate, authorised service administrators, and employers entitled to review an application under the service design and access controls. Do not include information in a CV that you do not want shared for recruitment purposes. Employers must use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment and related lawful purposes, keep it secure, and not sell, publish or misuse it.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, account operation, recruitment records, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and applicable law. You may request correction or deletion using the contact details below. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason; where data is deleted from active systems, backup copies may remain for a limited period under the backup cycle.
7. Security and incidents
We intend to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and private storage for CVs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will handle and notify personal-data breaches as required by applicable Indian law and the rules in force at the relevant time. Do not send passwords or secret credentials in a support request.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update information through your account where those features are available, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and request access to information about processing, correction, completion, updating, erasure or grievance redressal, subject to applicable law and lawful retention requirements. You may also request account closure. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights, procedures and timelines under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 apply to the extent and from the dates those provisions are in force.
9. Children
This service is designed for adults seeking employment or businesses recruiting workers, and is not intended for people under 18. Do not create an account or submit a CV if you are under 18. If you believe a minor’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps under applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this notice when the service, vendors or law changes. We will publish the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide a separate notice or obtain consent.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, pixels and authentication/session tools.
2. How this website currently uses them
The website code provided for this release does not intentionally include advertising or analytics trackers. The authentication flow is designed to use Supabase’s browser client; depending on its configuration, authentication/session information may be stored in browser storage. Google or LinkedIn sign-in, if enabled, may use their own cookies or similar technologies. The website also loads the Supabase JavaScript library from a content delivery network, which may receive ordinary connection data such as your IP address and browser request information.
This description must be checked against the final deployed website, hosting configuration, enabled OAuth providers and any later analytics, chat, video or marketing integrations. We cannot describe a technology as disabled if it is added later.
3. Essential technologies
Authentication and security technologies may be needed to sign in, keep a session active, protect accounts and provide requested features. Blocking them may cause login, registration or dashboards to stop working.
4. Optional analytics and marketing
If we add non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notice and consent/choice mechanism required by applicable law before enabling them where consent is required. No non-essential tracking should be added without reviewing the legal and technical requirements.
5. Browser controls
You can manage or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you block essential storage, some services may not function. Third-party sign-in providers may offer their own privacy and cookie controls.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies or similar technologies, contact [INSERT PRIVACY / GRIEVANCE EMAIL].

3. Nature of the service
The website may provide profiles, CV upload, job/application workflows, employer job-posting tools and related information. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the website is a platform/support channel and does not itself guarantee an interview, placement, job, contract, project award, visa, salary, payment or business outcome. 6. Prohibited use
You must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, discrimination, unauthorised data collection, security testing without permission, interference with the service, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law, subject to applicable legal obligations.
7. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in your CV, profile, job posts and other material you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce and display that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. The website’s design, branding, text and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Third-party services and links
Authentication, hosting, storage or other functions may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content or practices, subject to any duties imposed by applicable law.
9. No warranties; limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of user-submitted vacancies/CVs, or the suitability of a candidate or employer. We are not responsible for independent conduct of candidates or employers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights that cannot be waived. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, breach of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own non-excludable legal responsibility.
11. Suspension, changes and termination
We may update, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches, security risks or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address an issue. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to lawful record-retention requirements.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law and any statutory dispute-resolution forum, courts of competent jurisdiction at [INSERT CITY AND STATE FOR JURISDICTION AFTER LEGAL REVIEW] will have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer or user right that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the policies linked here describe the website relationship unless a separate signed agreement applies to a specific service. For questions, use the contact details in the Grievance / Contact section.
Grievance redressal and contact details
Users may contact the operator with privacy requests, account issues, complaints about content, recruitment concerns or questions about these policies.
